Yes. You can share your LEX Business Phone Number anywhere, on your website, business cards, Google Business Profile, and marketing materials. Make and receive calls, and send or receive texts, all from the LEX app on your phone or computer.

Your business presence is yours to keep.

• If you choose a new number with LEX, it’s yours to take with you. You can move it to another carrier or VOIP provider at any time. Your brand and the trust you’ve built around your number stay with you.

• If you forward your existing firm number to LEX, you stay in control. Remove the call forwarding rule with your carrier whenever you need to.

You’re in charge of your calls. Set up your call routing right in the app, any way you want. Here are some common configurations: 

• Always forward: Every call goes straight to a real person at LEX. Great for when you’re in court or busy.

• Ring first, then forward: Your phone rings first. If you can’t pick up, we answer for you.

• Based on availability: Set yourself as unavailable in the app, and we’ll handle your calls until you’re back.

• Based on schedule: After hours, calls go straight to us. You set the schedule.

• Do not forward: If you’d rather, let calls go to voicemail or end the call. Your choice

You won’t miss anything. Just open the LEX Reception app, set your status to unavailable, and LEX will start answering calls, handling intake, and booking consultations until you’re free. If you’ve set it up, urgent calls can still reach you through live transfer. When you’re ready, switch your status back and calls will come to you again.

Most firms can go live the same day or next. If your setup is more complex, with multiple scripts or integrations, it may take a few days. We move at your pace, so you’re never left waiting.
