Planting trees, growing firms.
LEX Reception plants one tree for every customer (and every employee) every month.
Our greatest ally in preserving the home we all share
is some of the world’s oldest inhabitants—trees.
Ancient trees, like coastal redwoods and giant sequoias, are some of our planet’s most crucial resources.
Yet, these majestic trees are disappearing , with over 98% of old-growth redwood forests already lost.
2 million + trees planted
Every month you work with LEX, you contribute to a lasting legacy and help heal our planet. So far, with the help of our clients and our incredible partners, we have planted more than 2 million trees. And our forest keeps growing.
2,220,549 trees plantedTrees for the Future
To help us plant trees, we partner with Trees for the Future (TREES), a non-profit dedicated to restoring ecosystems and supporting communities.
370+ million trees planted
TREES works alongside farmers, teaching sustainable agroforestry that brings new life to depleted land.
41,000 acres restored
By combining fruit trees, crops, and ground cover, farmers create Forest Gardens—small ecosystems that feed families and renew the soil. These gardens help break cycles of hunger and poverty, opening the door to new opportunities.
470,000+ lives transformed
TREES also empowers women, strengthens food security, and supports local economies. Every tree planted is a step toward a stronger future.
Meet our Epic Tree
Partners
In addition to TREES, we partner with other specialist tree-planting organizations and experts around the world – our Epic Tree Partners.
Each quarter, we choose one tree-planting partner to support, learning from them, amplifying their story, and effecting change that lasts millennia beyond our lifetime.

Where Is the Tree You Drive Through
Vaughn Folkman
Long before LEX Reception began, our founder was inspired by his high school biology teacher, Vaughn Folkman. As a park ranger at Sequoia National Park, Vaughn demonstrated the impact caring for nature can have. He inspired our Giving Back mission, which has resulted in the planting of more than 2 million trees and support for reforestation and conservancy across the globe.
